2. Your Acknowledgement and Consent

Please note that, as a client or prospective client of Professional Typist Services™, by initiating contact, initiating a service-related transaction, or by initiating both contact and a service-related transaction with Professional Typist Services™, you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use of Professional Typist Services™ as well as the Privacy Policy of Professional Typist Services™, as located on our website (at www.ProfessionalTypistServices.com) and available by direct request via our email address (at Professional.Typist.Services@gmail.com). These aforementioned legal documents serve not only to reasonably indemnify Professional Typist Services™ against any unreasonable loss or harm caused by the actions or lack thereof of the client, a prospective client, or a third party affiliated to the client (of which loss or harm Professional Typist Services™ is not liable for) but also to ensure that the confidentiality and fair use of your information as our client or prospective client, as required in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as well as to ensure the adherence and protection of your various rights as a statutorily defined ‘consumer’ in terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Accordingly, you can trust us to act lawfully, ethically, morally, and in your best interest in all of our dealings with you, as our client or prospective client.

 

4. Your Acceptance of Your Obligation to Conduct Your Dealings With Us Lawfully

Furthermore, by engaging in contact or a service-related transaction or both such contact and a service-related transaction with Professional Typist Services™, you as our client or prospective client agree that any and all materials such as documentation, information, recordings, presentations, templates, and other types of data files not mentioned here, regardless of format and structure, that you submit to Professional Typist Services™ are, to your knowledge submitted to us without being in violation of any copyright, confidentiality agreement, restraint of trade, or any other law or policy (internal or external) that may preclude you from distributing or editing said materials that are submitted to Professional Typist Services™.

You, accordingly, accept that full delictual, criminal and or civil liability will rest on you as the client or prospective client in the event that you knowingly or unknowingly submit, to Professional Typist Services™, any materials (as listed above) that are in violation of any copyright, confidentiality agreement, restraint of trade, or any other law or policy (internal or external) that precludes you from distributing and submitting such materials to Professional Typist Services™.

5. Prohibited Tasks/Services

Please note that Professional Typist Services™ and its various staff members will NOT, under any circumstances, perform the following tasks or services for any client, prospective client, or person at any time:

(a) the drafting and/or the completion of University and School Assignments;

(b) the drafting and/or the completion of University and School Examinations;

(c) the drafting and/or the completion of University and School Tests;

(d) the drafting and/or the completion of University Dissertations/Theses;

(e) the drafting and/or the completion of University and School Speeches/Orals; and

(f) the drafting and/or the completion of any and all forms of University and School Assessments (regardless of whether such assessments are formal or informal, and regardless of whether such assessments count for marks or not).

6. Our Indemnity Against Plagiarism Liability For Tasks/Services Completed

Please note that, although Professional Typist Services™ and its various staff members may routinely compile Research and Findings Reports for clients, engage in paraphrasing of clients' documents, and facilitate typing work in one or another form or fashion, Professional Typist Services™ maintains NO liability whatsoever in the event of one of our expertly completed tasks being flagged for plagiarism in any shape or form. We submit and guarantee that all documents handled by our staff at Professional Typist Services™ are written by us only, and written and paraphrased to the utmost best of our skilled capabilities.

7. Our Right of Amendment

Please note that we reserve the right to reasonably amend, substitute, delete, change and alter the contents of the Terms and Conditions of Use as well as the Privacy Policy of Professional Typist Services™ without requiring the permission of, consent of or prior consultation with you as our client or prospective client. We do, however, commit to timeously informing you as our client or prospective client, of any and all amendments, substitutions, deletions, changes and alterations that are made to the contents of the Terms and Conditions of Use as well as the Privacy Policy of Professional Typist Services™.

and Conditions of Professional Typist Services™, means the documentation, information, recordings, presentations, templates, and other types of data files not mentioned here, regardless of format and structure, that are submitted to Professional Typist Services™ by clients, prospective clients, or third parties.

"School"  –  unless otherwise stated, this word, in the context of the Terms and Conditions of Professional Typist Services™, refers to all Institutions that lawfully administer Basic Education to students under the authority and supervision of the Department of Basic Education and other relevant and duly authorised Boards, Independent Boards, International Boards, or Departments.

"University"  –  unless otherwise stated, this word, in the context of the Terms and Conditions of Professional Typist Services™, refers to all Institutions of Higher Education and Learning, both in South Africa and Internationally, such as Universities, Colleges, Institutes, Institutions, FET Colleges, and all other Tertiary Institutions of Learning and/or Research registered as such and/or defined as such by Legislation.
